Important: Staycado is an information-sharing platform only. We do not handle bookings, payments, or property management. All arrangements must be made directly between users.

3. User Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Staycado.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information
Updating your information as needed

Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through your profile settings.

4. User Content and Conduct

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display it on our platform.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload, post, or share any content that:

Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornographic content
Features or depicts minors (children under 18) in any capacity
Is violent, graphic, disturbing, or depicts illegal activities

Violates intellectual property rights or contains copyrighted material
Is misleading, fraudulent, or misrepresents property conditions
Contains personal information of others without consent

Is otherwise inappropriate, offensive, or violates community standards

Property Photos: All property images must accurately represent the property and be appropriate for a family-friendly platform. Photos should focus on property features, rooms, and amenities only.

Prohibited Conduct: You may not:

Use false, misleading, or harmful information
Use the service for commercial rental or business purposes
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with the service's operation or security
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data
Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
Engage in any activity that could harm our platform or users

Content Monitoring: We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Property Listings

When listing properties, you represent that:

You have the right to share the property
All information provided is accurate
Photos are current and represent the property
You comply with local laws and regulations

No Booking Platform: Staycado does not facilitate bookings or payments. All arrangements are made directly between users outside our platform.

6. Privacy and Data

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staycado and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Staycado from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

Harmful or inappropriate behavior

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your profile settings.
